Cathy Sanderson Weeks
Founder & President
Upon satisfactorily completing the requirements to earn the designation of MBP (Medical Billing Professional) and having met all prescribed standards as specified by the Academic Faculty at Medical billing Course, LLC Cathy Sanderson Weeks has been awarded a certification in Excellency in medical billing reimbursement. Ms. Weeks is also certified in HIPAA compliancy rules and regulations.
Ms. Weeks is a current member of the Association of Medical Billers and the Alliance of Claims Assistance Professionals. She serves as a moderator on the student forum at Medical Billing Course, LLC and she has been featured in the magazine publication BC Advantage, the only business oriented magazine for the Medical Billing and Coding industry.
Ms. Weeks background experience include 24 years within various medical capacities and office settings. She is a trained Emergency Medical Technician, an Advanced Level II Reiki Practitioner and retired massage therapist. She has successfully owned and managed a Product Brokerage and Distribution Company as well as a traditional business in the Glass Industry.

Kim Douphinette
Administrative Support & Full Service Bookkeeping Manager
Kim brings 20+ years of administrative, bookkeeping and banking experience to Provider Outsource Network. Having managed numerous small to mid size businesses throughout the years, Kim has not only gained valuable knowledge of the administrative side of business, she finds her passion in basic to full charge through trial balance bookkeeping, utilizing Quick Books Pro to its maximum potential. We look forward to enhancing our client’s and potential client’s business side of medicine in offering a range of customized bookkeeping services.

Michele Brann, CPC
Provider Outsource Network is pleased to announce our association with Michele. Michele has been billing and coding for 17 years. In 1995 Michele passed the CPC exam with American Academy of Professional Coders earning the designation of Certified Professional Coder. Since then, Michele has maintained certification through 18 continuing educational units each year. In 2005 Michele attended an AAPC workshop in Chicago, IL and became approved to teach AAPC’s Professional Medical Coding Curriculum. Michele founded her business, NH Coding Solutions, LLC, in an effort to help medical practices overcome their financial challenges by learning efficient and effective ways to obtain maximum insurance reimbursement. With a clear focus on proper coding, modifier usage, denial reviews and the appeals process, her services provide medical practices the guidance they need to receive the money they deserve. In addition to Michele’s consulting service she is employed with a large OB/GYN practice in Manchester, NH.

Scott Kuhn
Technical Services
Scott has more than 15 years experience in custom software development and technology consulting for small businesses and mid-market enterprises. He is the owner and manager of Happy Tail Computer Services, which specializes in software and technology services for small business and the home with services ranging from software installation, web site construction, network setup and configuration, hardware and software purchasing recommendations, and custom software development. In addition to Scott's company, he is employed by a mid-sized business and technical consulting firm.
